- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Asked for appointment for son but told practice nurse not available to treat him as busy on visits for next days, then leave. Receptionist said she would ring back in next few hours when I asked her to find an alternative solution. No call received. Phoned back five hours later and went through same process. Told doctor would call me when surgery finished. No call received. Phoned back next day. Took six phone calls (which went unanswered) to get through- and had to press two for dispensary for an answer. Maybe things will improve, but having a job that forces a home move every two years, this is by far the most poor experience I've come across (and we're not precious or moaners)..by Doug IckeApril 20, 2017
